In a grove, where shadows play,
I stack the stones, each day.
A prayer in each, a wish sincere,
For those who’ve touched my life so dear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some came like whispers on the breeze,
Leaving footprints in my soul.
Their paths entwined with mine for a while,
They left me with a tender smile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not all are meant to stay, you see,
But memories they give to me.
In stacked stones, their stories lie,
In my heart, they never die.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For friends who walked, but could not stay,
In these stones, my hopes I lay.
May they find peace, love, and light,
In every dawn, in every night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For some leave more than footprints clear,
